Our LTE Home service (Home Connect) is available to all homes located within the coverage and capacity area.
Here's what you do to verify eligibility for the Home Connect service:
You may visit any of our stores with a valid government-issued ID, & utility bill to verify if your address is located within the coverage and capacity area. Once confirmed, your information will be sent to the sales team for a site visit within approximately 24 hours to conduct a service feasibility test.
