If you have run out of MBs or data on your plan you can easily activate another plan.
The easiest way to reactivate a plan is with the My Digicel app.
If you're using your mobile phone, renew your data plan by clicking here.
Step 1. If you are on Digicel's network, click 'Connect with your Digicel ID' to log in automatically.
Step 2. Select the ‘Menu Option’ () button at the top left hand corner, then select the option “My Plans”.
Step 3. Select 'Active Plans'.
Step 4. Select the More button () next to the desired plan. From the drop down select “Renew”
Step 5. Select “Yes” to confirm the renewal of your plan.
Once you confirm that you want the plan, it will be activated shortly.
