How do I check the expiry date of my data plan?
- Dial the short code *141# and select the Manage your Data Plan option. You will then be advised of the steps to follow to check your expiry date. This message will display your current plan, expiration date, and data balance. To see how to do this click here.
How do I renew my 4G/LTE data plan?
All prepaid 4G/LTE data plans will automatically renew as long as there is sufficient credit on the account to cover the cost of the plan.
How can I cancel my data plan?
- Once a plan is activated you would not be able to cancel the plan.
